To participate, eligible 2026 Asia-Pacific Loyalty Conference attendees and TLC prospects must:

1. Receive a unique promotional offer code from a TLC Worldwide representative.

2. Scan the QR code linked to the promotional campaign website.

3. Complete the registration form by providing your first name, last name, business sector, email address and unique promotional offer code.

4. Accept the Promotion Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Once your code is successfully submitted, you can access and redeem your available reward.

The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on Tuesday 28th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 31st December 2026.

Reward redemption is available from 12:01am (AEST) on Tuesday 28th July 2026 until 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 31 December 2026 (“Redemption Period”).

Individual rewards may have different expiry dates and redemption requirements. These details will be provided with your reward voucher confirmation.

No. Multiple redemptions are not permitted.

Each promotional offer code can only be redeemed once.

After registering your details:

If your promotional offer code is valid, you will be taken to the rewards page where you can view and redeem a reward.

If your promotional offer code is invalid or has already been used, you will not be able to complete your redemption.

Your promotional offer code will be automatically validated when submitted through the TLC Rewards website on registration.

Your reward voucher will be sent to your registered email with redemption instructions.

Depending on the reward selected, you may receive:

A digital voucher for online redemption; or Instructions to redeem in venue with the participating partner.

Each reward is subject to the relevant partner’s terms and conditions.

Yes. Please retain your promotional offer code/card.

Your promotional offer code may be required if assistance is needed with your redemption.

Rewards are:
• Non-transferable;
• Not exchangeable; and
• Not redeemable for cash.
