These Terms and Conditions apply to the TLC Worldwide Australia – 2026 Asia-Pacific Loyalty Conference Rewards Promotion (“Promotion”).

General Conditions
1. The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide Australia & NZ Pty Ltd.
2. Instructions on how to participate, redeem rewards and access Promotional Partner offers form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open only to attendees of the 2026 Asia-Pacific Loyalty Conference and prospects of TLC who receive a valid promotional offer code during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Entrants”).
2. Employees, officers, directors and contractors of TLC, its related companies, promotional partners, suppliers, agencies and any person involved in the administration of the Promotion (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.
3. Immediate family includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, step-relative, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or first cousin.
Promotional Period
1. The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on Tuesday 28th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 31st December 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
2. Reward redemption will be available from 12:01am (AEST) on Tuesday 28th July 2026 until 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 31 December 2026 (“Redemption Period”).
3. Individual Promotional Partner reward offers may have separate validity periods, redemption requirements and expiry dates. These details will be provided at the time of reward activation.
How to Enter
1. To participate, Eligible Entrants must:
  1. Obtain their unique promotional offer code provided by a TLC Worldwide representative at the 2026 Asia-Pacific Loyalty Conference or prospect meeting;
  2. Scan the QR code linked to the promotional campaign website: https://experiencetlcrewardsau.com
  3. Complete the registration form by providing their first name, last name, email address, business sector and unique promotional offer code;
  4. Accept these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy; and
  5. Submit their details successfully.
2. Once validated, Eligible Entrants will receive confirmation of their registration via email and be able to redeem from available rewards listed. On redeeming a reward, they will receive a reward fulfilment voucher eDM with details of how to use their reward with the Promotional Partner.
3. Each promotional offer code may only be redeemed once against one reward unless otherwise stated.
4. Multiple submissions using duplicated, automated or fraudulent details may result in disqualification.
5. Entrants must retain their promotional offer code until their reward has been successfully activated. TLC reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.

Partner Terms
1. TLC $20 Uber Eats Meal voucher terms
  Limited Availability. No cash value. One-time use only. Maximum discount of $20 per redemption. Maximum of 1 order per account. To redeem discount, Uber Voucher code must be applied to Payment section of the Uber Eats App prior to requesting the intended order. Uber Voucher is valid for 1 month from redemption. It is the responsibility of the holder to use the $20 Uber Eats voucher by the specified expiry date, after which time it expires and cannot be redeemed. Uber Voucher is only valid for orders placed using the Uber Eats App. Taxes, fees, and tips will be covered provided that the value of the Uber Voucher is greater than the total order amount. Offer is non-transferable, subject to change or cancellation. Voucher is not redeemable for cash and is not for resale. The Uber Eats voucher must be used in full in one transaction and cannot be used with other offers or voucher codes. Where the order price exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid by an alternative payment method. 2. F45 7-day trial pass + 10% off membership
  Participants receive a 7-day trial pass and are eligible for 10% discount off 3, 6 and 12 month contracted memberships. Voucher is valid for 3 months from redemption and for new F45 members only at participating Australian F45 studios. Provides unlimited access to scheduled F45 classes for 7 consecutive days from activation. Advance booking is required and classes are subject to availability. The trial is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. 3. Holey Moley 9-hole round of mini golf
  Valid for Monday to Thursday $12 mini golf 9 holes discount. Is only valid for 2026 Asia-Pacific Loyalty Conference attendees and prospects of TLC who receive a TLC reward card and is available to use at holeymoley.com.au. Voucher is valid for 3 months from redemption. Online booking is required. Please visit Holey Moley Mini Golf Club, www.holeymoley.com.au to book before visiting the venue. Valid on Monday to Thursday at all Holey Moley venues in Australia, on 9 holes of mini golf (not 18 holes). Only one discount code can be used in a single booking. The code will discount a maximum of 6 games per activity. The code will discount the cheapest games first. Each unique discount code can only be used once, cannot be used together with any other offer or be used in conjunction with other promotions. 4. Readly 3-months free subscription
  The offer "3 months free then $14.99" is only available for new Readly customers and only one (1) time per customer. Voucher is valid for 3 months from redemption and can be used at Readly-AU-Partnership-TLC-July 2026-3Mfree. The offer cannot be combined with an active Readly subscription or with other offers. After 3 months free, you will be charged a standard subscription with monthly renewal of $14.99 per month. Reward Redemption
1. Eligible Entrants must follow the instructions provided on the campaign website to redeem their reward.
2. Reward confirmation details will be sent to the email address provided during registration and may include:
  - Reward description;
  - Voucher or redemption code (where applicable);
  - Reward expiry date;
  - Redemption instructions; and
  - Customer support details.
3. TLC is not responsible for failed delivery of emails due to incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, technical issues or network interruptions outside TLC’s reasonable control.
4. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate throughout the Promotion Period.
Reward Conditions
1. Rewards:
  1. Are not transferable or exchangeable;
  2. Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law;
  3. Must be redeemed within the stated validity period; and
  4. May be subject to additional Promotional Partner terms and conditions.
2. If a reward becomes unavailable, TLC reserves the right to substitute the reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value where reasonably possible.
3. Any costs associated with redeeming a reward that are not expressly included in the reward description remain the responsibility of the entrant.
General Terms
1. TLC reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. TLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or incorrectly submitted redemptions.
3. TLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the promotional website and is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions or system errors.
4. Entrants must not:
  1. Manipulate or interfere with the Promotion process;
  2. Submit fraudulent or misleading information;
  3. Engage in behaviour that is abusive, threatening or inappropriate; or
  4. Breach any applicable law.
5. TLC and participating Promotional Partners are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or expense incurred in connection with participation in the Promotion or use of a reward, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Promotional Partners are responsible for the supply and delivery of their own products and services. TLC does not control the quality, availability or delivery of third-party rewards.
Privacy
1. Personal information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with TLC’s Privacy Policy.
2. By entering the Promotion, Entrants consent to TLC collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, delivering rewards and communicating relevant campaign information.
